Program Description
The purpose of the program is to provide vocational training to individual American Indians through the United Tribes Technical College, located in Bismarck, North Dakota.
General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a Native American/American Indian who needs training or retraining to develop new job skills, and you or a family member must be enrolled in a federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaskan Native village.
