Posted 2 months ago I find frequent reference to "bloated federal spending" with the implication that federal civil service employees are "overpaid and under worked". as the son of a now deceased civil service employee, I find this offensive in the extreme and i am writing a short history of the civil service. right now, I would like to find pay scale for 1955, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975. any body out there with suggessions for source of this data would be very helpful |
