My name is Debi Woytonik from Kenosha Wisconsin I have been a custom home design builder for the past 20 years here in Kenosha. I have been a member of many energy organizations and curently working on my LEED certification and my RATER certification. but at 57 what is out there for me I have tried to look into a non profit for grants to help low income famlies, seniors to evaluate their homes or apts to help with making changes to increase energy efficient strategy and thru realtors to inform about where they may direct future home owners about energy mortages there doesn:t seem to be any grants to establish this non profit venture can you help???
