It is always ready when you are no matter the task it does it all. It has helped me become more organized and in touch.

This product is amazing but the only problem is that they are fragile. I have had 3 and have none left now.

I don't care for BlackBerry phones because they seem to be bulky!

Pricey at the moment. Would like to have it, though.

The product is pricey, I have an 8100 Pearl 2, and from what I have heard is that there really is no difference between the two. The main difference is the keyboard and the bigger screen. You can always get great deals on the 8100 by using your military discounts at any AT&T store.

In today's fast moving world it is hard to get along without a device like this. It's pricey now, but like most electronic devices, the price will go down.

Great as an email / calendar tool etc. As a phone it is average, but Blackberry are improving in this area with each new model...eventually they might get there.

I don't know what I would do without my Blackberry! I get my email sent to me on it, and it has come in handy on more than one ocassion.
