Hey Vonage still has the two months free deal and for me it works GREAT because I live in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, but I still have my Tucson, AZ phone number.
I have unlimited minutes for anywhere in the US or Canada. (I can also change that number to anywhere in the US or Canada as many times as I want for free!) They have a refer a friend program you need to be a part of in order to get the 2 months free.
