Charlie Rangel is a powerful man perched as Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. He is so powerful that he’s able to get four rent-stabilized apartments in Harlem while the average man only gets one. Named one of the most corrupt politicians by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, Rangel has no problem writing the taxes in his favor.
