Thank you for the warm welcome and the invite to the cancer group. It is a subject that touches both myself and my fiance since his father was diagnosed and passed away 6 months later.

I had hit the wrong button in joining, and it took a few tries to get back to the question to join the group. Cancer is a problem in my family. It has taken my dad, two grandparents, two uncles, an aunt, is affecting the life of one aunt, scared my mom with a false positive, and taken one of my high school friends at the age of 25. I just hope that a cure is near. --Rudy
