Yeah the weather has been beAutiful....cold but beautiful....the dogs have been enjoying it especally Maggie.....and yeah it was an impressive ceremony.......I've been to the coffee shop where they were killed at before, and it hit a little TOO close to home having lost two good friends in Iraq.

yes it is a chilly morning Deborah...and how are you? Here in NorCal at valley elevations I still have iced over water in my potted plantt trays...as it is also, got the heat off in the apt. and wearing my bunny suit jammies...They are of the imported variety, from Sweden courtsy of my b-i-l and his missus...hey, I do enjoy your avatar...zen like...I have followed your comments...why don't you join up with the 'poetry' and 'poems and quotes' groups...work on your creative insides and flop around with us 'word wrights'...I believe I invited you to visit my profile and check out my group posts and photos...I have started another photo album...based on my youth in Portland, Ore...the hippy stage...you may recognize 'Fat Freddy's Cat'...For now I am blasting in articles from all over the planet...its fun...remembering my globe trotting and viewing articles from the cities and countries I visited...so to you all the best and to you and all of your relations, your 'friend' Michael.

i know what you mean its so hard 3 months is alot i cant take it for 2 days it happend to my sis she had the same it took her almost 6 month ,meds is dangurose if it have any efect in your boady wow i'm in my bed if stay more i well see my DR but i cut all the meds iam not taking any ?

little but i took midicen for my cold give me bad rash i stop it but i still have the rash in my boady ,we also have a lot snow ,iam at my home ,how about you how are you doing ?
