Hi Deborah, work is easy, not very busy at work right now. But when I come home, that's when I get real busy. I prefer to cook instead of buying out, so after cooking, eating with my hubby, cleaning up and then sometimes I exercise for half-an-hour. By the time I'm ready to study, it's 10.00 pm. By 11.00 pm my eyelids are too heavy not to go to bed. Today, I spent all day cooking. My co-workers just love some of the Chinese cuisine I cook and they kept urging me to bring some to work so that's what I did. I'm going to lay out a small party to celebrate my return to work!

I work only 40 hours a week from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm and only stay late if there's really a very urgent job that needs to be done under orders of the "Business Council" members. That's quite rare. So the hours are great for part-time students like us. I'm going to dedicate at least two hours a night, an hour for each course. That means, I won't be on checking up on GovCentral every night. Deb, you have to thrive on working and learning or you will get burnt out. Once in a while, don't forget to smell the roses and stretch a little, alright? Take care. Faridah

Dear Deborah: Congratulations! Oh wow! Great news. I'm so happy you got the job. Hmmm...60 hr-week...why? If you're telecommute, why do you need to work that much? In any case, if you have to work that hard, the best place to do it is from home, for sure. How are you going to find time to study? Well, a steady income actually does wonders for our concentration. Because we don't have to worry where our next paycheck is going to come from, we can actually focus more in the little time we have to study. Of course we're going to still talk to one another from time to time. In fact I'm going to step it up a little here so I can earn more stars to my name! :-) Have a good weekend Deborah.
