    The insurance industry and "gatekeeper" HMO's are what is wrong with our health care system, sucking $400 billion a year out of the system and the life out of citizen's health care. Let's scrap it altogether, go to a single payer system like the other five great democracies the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Japan and Taiwan. Let's winnow the insurance industry down like the auto industry, while we still can.
