Hello
I would like to tellyou a bit of myself. I have been within the Health Information Managment field within the healthcare. I am a medical coder with over 20 years of expereince but am very unable to move upthe ladder. I feel that favorism can overrule in some companies. And i feel working within the Federal Goverment will help me move up the ladder as well learn the ropes from people who have experience. THis i feel will open the doors for me now.
