Sis, I have always been that way about the holidays, when my dad was sick and in the pretty much in thehospital all the time for 5 years, there was really no time for holidays or I was working the holidays, so like I said basically the holidays are good do not get me wrong, but when you do not have the time to emjoy them, a big family, .. yes my mom has all friends when I am working during the holidays which is only temp.. I am pretty sure they will be calling, coming over and inviting her to their house, so she has some company even though she is a lot like me at times rather be alone. but her friends will not allow that they will " NAG " her till she agreess to go and I told her do not worry about me will celebrate christmas, thanksgiving together either a day earlier or a day later.
