Actually, Colorado is part of why I want to move - we rarely get much snow and even less rain (at least where I am - I think I'm on the wrong side of the mountains... the desert-y side). I was used to Ohio... we would get about 300 days of precipitation, whereas we get about 300 days of sun here. It might sound nice, but I really like the rain/snow and miss it! I'm hoping to move somewhere in the New England area (or maybe Seattle, I hear it rains a lot there, hehe).
