Hello, Donna how are you doing today, I just got back from the VA hospital my husband it's getting treatment, just found out that he got bladder cancer ,is going to be a rocky ride ,but I got God on my side. Looking forward to talk more maybe tomorow, Much love

correct, I do take salt tablets when I am working outside all day, but I have to watch it with my blood pressure.

you have to drink more water when it is humid and hot when it is just hot you still need to drink a lot of water especially if you are working with machinery, truck setc.
