I don't do them as much as I used to. I spent mst for he winter hunting and hiking. I try to travel to overseas at least once a years. Some how I fit them into a schedule. I haven't be rock climbing for a couple of years. Legs giving me problems. I read almost every nite. I don't sleep much.
