Hi Michael long time no see, I had major computer problems, had a virius then had to tsake the computer away to get rid of the virius, it has been over a week just about 2 weeks

Dear Michael, I am astounded reading what you have survived. You have just been elevated to the level of Super-Hero in my opinion of you. Incredible story. I suggest you write an autobiographical novel about your life. It would make a very riveting book. I'm sorry I cannot linger here for very long, my computer is in my very drafty living room and my body has not been able to adjust to this arctic temperature! Got to escape to the warmth of my kitchen. I'm afraid can't afford to buy a wireless laptop.

Dear Michael, I do enjoy reading you. You have a way of expressing yourself. There's a tendency towards "Conspiracy Theory" but I like that you have strong opinions and put them across in words quite succinctly. How can we avoid having dark thoughts in these depressive times. That's why I had not made one resolution this New Year. The cold spell that is hitting the nation hard right now - even we in Miami cannot stand the chill! - would send even the most cheerful uplifted person spiraling into greyness. Like you, I would like to think the light at the end of the tunnel will shine soon but my brain is frozen in negativity along with my entire frigid body!

Well my hon, it's a cheap site that I built and I cna't make money putting it all up front. onservation is the way right now. I'll still be working a FT job. Heck I can't afford to not work in the area where I live. You'll have check back often and I am working on it daily. Maybe you and I can actually collaborate on a site together and post our stuff...Ideas?

Michael, I know how it is at the unemployment agency. My husband used to work for WorkForce 1, the unemployment agency run by the State of Florida. The workers get paid peanuts but are under heavy pressure to achieve unattainable targets and quota to get the numbers i.e. to get jobs for the throngs of people who come in every day in search of work. How sorry is that? There are no jobs to begin with...how are they going to get these people to get jobs?

Dear Michael, no time to rant like before. :-) I'm starting Virtual College courses tomorrow evening. And now I have to file a Request for Professional Judgement to qualify for Financial Aid. Apparently I don't qualify for financial aid for this semester because when I applied it was based on my 2008 taxes when I was still employed. So now I have to send proof that I have lost my income before I can qualify for financial aid. Sigh! That means more work. Oh well, I'm going to take my time doing that and give priority to my job search. How has the New Year begun for you?
