Dear Michael, I had read Time magazine's article on how women's status in the US has been elevated. Many more women today are the breadwinners and many more men are stay-at-home dads or house-husbands. When my husband lost his job a number of years back, I was the breadwinner for more than six months while he was looking for work. Now, the situation is reversed again with him holding a job and me out of one. In that respect we have been lucky because at least one of us is working and can help pay for the mortgage, bills and food.

Dear Michael, I love that Thai translation site! Now I can "converse" with my Thai friends on Facebook better in their language. And the "Aloha" - Hawaiian philosophy is totally in tune with my way of thinking. We are kindred spirits you and I. Have a good weekend!

Khun Michael, you are such an interesting character. You've led such an adventurous life and are always making new discoveries. I very so admire that in you. Thanks for sharing the Thai translation site. I shall check it out as soon as I've achieved my daily quota of job applications. Today, I have three government jobs to apply to and you know how long winded they are. Yes, sir, it's so nice to be connected to one another just to be able to offer support and empathy.
