Lynn, How are you? It's good to hear from you? My favorite period piece is Pride and Prejudice, although I like Gone with the Wind, Little Women with Katharine Hepburn, and Sense and Sensibility. At Christmas my favorite is Miracle on 34th Street! Do you have a favorite?

Hiya,
Very good questions and the Security business is booming and has been since 9-11. I have been trying to gain ground and increase my career. Something inside me makes me want more. I dunno. And as of right now I am not employeed, I took a chance and stepped out on a branch, the branch broke! So I am now actively seeking other employment opportunities. And I am having some small victories, but I havent landed that big fish YET. I am patient. My target is the big government security contractors. Security is my life, it's what I know, It's who I am. So that's what I will do. There is someone out their that will take a chance on this guy, and much rewards will come their way. But I hate braggin---so not me!

I try to find the rot cause and then solve, process and work difficulties are easy but when it comes to people its a bit hard, the biggest problem is when they are egoistic.

I don't find any resistance from male coworkers, to be honest they are more cooperative than feamle coworkers,
I cannot say India is strictly Patriarchal society, view of women are also taken into consideration, and when it comes to families the man has the final say in most of the households.

I am going to school for criminal justice the 2 units I am taking now one is dealing wit the court system which to me is boring but a neccessity and the other is English Comp II which I will be glad that is over with so I can get going on the math issues next unit's

Hi Lynn, I stay in Pune, it ia a major hub for IT giants........ Project management is very challenging, its about getting your work done , coordinating resources, money, time to deliver projects, the biggest challenge is when you have remote teams, coordination and feedback session becomes an issue when you are not having a face to face session, but all the while i enjoy my work,.
