Well James, it is hard right now here in Nevada since the unemployment rate is 13.5 % which is the 2nd highest in the nation.
I have not had any luck lately in finding something either p/t or f/t.
I know that there is a lot of people going for similar jobs as I am, and i am just trying to find something to do period. but hard to right now since so many people unemployed.
I am still seeking a govt job and get daily emails from websites if anything is available, but when there is nothing that i qualify for, and I really want to getout of the mechanic field I am burnt out did it for over 20 years

I had a good weekend
I am currently unemployed since last year, but I have been a diesel mechaninc for over 20 years, I was in the army,
I amnow seeking a total different career, like criminal justice since I am going to school for it online, but at the same time i am looking to get into the warehousing field, or some other kind of govt. job

I would very much enjoy getting back to work F/T, as an aviation professional. I am looking for work as a Federal Government employee. Specifically, as an Aviation Safety Inspector (A.S.I.), within the FAA. Any assistance from anyone, who works as a federal employee, would be greatly appreciated. I am a recent laid-off employee, with approx. (10) years experience as an A & P mechanic with the regional airlines. I have (2) degrees in the aviation field, and I am also a military veteran.
