Just finished a presentation at the Aspen Institute in MD on Personalities in the Workplace for the EPA. Prior to that, 'Difficult Conversations' and 'Generational Differences' in the Workplace at the Eastern Management Development Center in Sheperdstown, WV. Next week, I'll be presenting back in D.C.
