Hi Jorge. May I ask if you were originally from Cuba? Did you move to Washington DC because you work there? Do you find that there are more government jobs there? I have lived in Miami for almost 9 years now and speak Spanish but not as fluent as those with Latin origins. I am encountering a lot of problems with the bilingualism requirements in my job search here.
