  Well, no I'm not having a great week. Although I had my first draft Heineken beer the other day : ) Never had that in a draft before. Woo-hoo
  I have my summer off because I work in a school district. I offer to help my son watch my grandson during summer. It is quality time for me and bonding with my three month old grandson. But also a plus for them to have a family member help out with day-care. Day-care is crazy high priced in this area!
  The problem is my daughter-in-law is very high maintenance in the personality area, which is driving me crazy. Im so laid back like my son. I came down special on Sunday for them. My son took Monday off work and him and D in L were to do something together just for fun. Well they left and were back in less than 35minutes. She went to work and he went to garage. Crazy shit. She is annoyed by any nice thing u do. It didn’t bother me all summer but now I am ticked!
  To her its all about her job which is seriously not that big of a deal. She makes it like it is…
  I cannot wait for Friday so I can go back to PA. That is sad because I wont see my grandson for a while but I cant take the attitude she gives me. Im done with the nice mother-in-law. I can be a PITA too! LOL

  I did apply today for a job in an engineering company in PA as an administrative assistant; I am hoping I can score on that one. I will still take those computer security classes online. I figure that r cheap enough why not????

  Don’t worry about making me bored. I think in a way- we all r right now. Because we don’t have the job, our location etc in our lives. But we must keep positive about things.
  Try living with a HM chick! Boring would be a good thing! LOL

  Hi there, I cut out early for me last Friday. I was able to back in back to PA in just under 3 hours. woo-hoo! this is my last week in VA. That is good tired of the drive especially alone. but I have a full week here.
  Yes the movie shooting is so unreal. How do go online and order these types of guns etc without a strict waiting period- ? red flag here. this is the second time in Colorado that this has happened. red flag red flag
  But beyond that is our option for the president election. seriously it's not good. I do not think that the choices are going to help the average everyday worker or your "middle class" group at all. It is scary!
  so when u r not looking for a job what do u do with your time?
  How r things going with your Mom? etc
  I hope the web sites help -
  well its been a long day with drive-happy hour etc. touch base again tomorrow

  Good Morning, yes it was a rainy weekend. those r the times you curl up with a good book or for me now I'm playing pc games. Which is totally unlike me but i am just that bored! When i mention the beach any where on the East coast will work for me. Except FL then it would have to be the gulf side. I love everything about being at the beach. I dont get there enough. I havent found anything new jobs although there r two in the I pittsburgh that i might apply too.

  If that doesnt work u might need to add certifications. I am going to with Expert Online computer security course-I It is a six week course for certifications in "whatever topic area" for 130.00 If you past the test at the end you move. Im started at Course-I just because i feel it will be easy enough for me to get back into the study area again. I just want to keep working my way up the computer security ladder to i get to a place where I can start using the education and experience that I have.....I hate just standing still.....jobs in PA r lacking and really bad in educational areas.
  So did you hear about Penn State outcome? People r complaining. It's like Hello! we r talking abut covering up multiple sex abuse. I thought NCAA did a great job. U cannot put football above children being abused.
  then the news in Colorado. so sad. I do not understand how people can purchases assault guns without it sending up a red flag? unreal. I do not understand how anyone can just shoot down innocent people today!
  Well check out that site i think it has crimmal justice certification but u might have to search for it.

  Good morning…it looks like it’s going to be a soggy day in the NE. I will probably have the rain plus traffic to deal with this afternoon.
  I would love to move to the east coast side but that would take a miracle. Living on the beach or close would be wonderful.
  I guess in order to have that u would need an online job. Or work the tourist’s areas.
  I am putting two links here. I know I have another one but its must be bookmarked on my other computer; I search for a while to find that one. When I come back to VA I have it will me.
  I was to vegas once and I really didn’t see the appeal. I don’t gamble and unless u r into mountains it’s just isn’t the area.
  I live in PA most of my life. I like Florida but the west side. I did a few years in Oklahoma and that place was really blah…Yep the coast side is a true positive.

  The job is real fun. And I still haven't scratched the surface yet. I'm currently home taking a vacation. I'll be back on the ship in august. Just in time to sail around the Carribean. There is a rumor about us sailing somewhere around Cuba. If we were to pull in there, the only place would be Gitmo. I'm trying to get promoted, but I don't have enough seatime yet (i need 360 days in the deck department). I should have enough seatime for that after this next cruise. I'll keep you posted.

  Good morning,
  Ah the traffic issues here Ha love it ...i dont know its a love/hate relationship : ) …this place is booming but the cost of living for what u get is a lot. They r in the process of building an outdoor concert arena, plus more data centers. The George Washington University is a few miles away. It’s the ashburn campus not the main one. I did apply at the university awhile ago but never got anything back.
  Truck driving has its pros and cons just like another job. I didn’t realize that it is a team thing now. It is one job that is always in demand. Could be a place to start and if u don’t like it could just be another plus for experience on your resume.
  R there any jobs in the construction area? That is big in most states.
  Another big job is gas line pipers (not sure about the job title) In PA installing windmills and windmill operators r big.
  I’m not sure of the certification program website I will try and find it for u there r a lot of possibilities. I have a BS in software engineer and was turned down by a company because they just wanted a network installer and was looking for some one with a certification not a degree. That means two things the can pay them less and they just specialize in just that one area. I do not like running network it’s a PITA job. It’s like installing electric wiring in a place after the walls are not instead of during the frame time.
  well, hang in there…..hopefully at some point we can each find the “job”
