  I'm doing okay. Just finished loading some more pictures. I'll be heading back to work next week. Kind of looking foreward to it. I need more seatime so that I can upgrade my MMD, and get promoted to a permanent AB position.We're supposed to be sailing somewhere around the Carribean. Hopefully, we won't have any issues with the hurricane, but I don't think we'll be affected by it. There's a rumor that we might pull into Cuba, but if that happens, it'll be GITMO. I'll let you know. Talk to you soon.

  Well, the morning started out with me spilling my cup on the carpet. HA It’s not funny but in a way it is…of the rotten luck. I know that ticked her off. But it was an accident.

  My son loves his baby boy so much. He is very proactive with him. While the Princess tends to do little. I am glad he had a boy that will be better in the future. He’s not happy but not totally unhappy. She has issues and I think she needs counseling. Her moods r like the weather ….. so its hard to predict how things will go.
  Yea, I m letting her rudeness go for now. She knows how she is but doesn’t know how to make it better. I leave tomorrow. Then next week I have to really clean my apt. I usually do a big overall when Im upset….HA its my stress relief. I did to get internet connected, check mail etc. Hopefully I will have an interview too.

  Yea , I think we need a miracle for this next four years. I hoping some wildcard throws their hat in the ring. It could happen.

  I have to go for now thanks george for listening. One more day : )

  Well, I agree with u about taking your job seriously. But once home, her top priority should be the family, Especially with a new baby. She came home in a bad mood the other night. Went up to her bedroom and stayed there never said hello to me or my son. That is just rude. I do not like rudeness.
  I can see that she is very immature in a lot of areas. I am just seeing it first hand now. It hard to get a handle on a person when u only see them for a little bit over the holidays. Everything centers on what she wants and when. I think the relationship lacks respect. She is constantly stating how important she is at work –that tells me she lacks confidence in herself. If you r constantly tooting your own horn, well??? Her job is a job not rocket science or finding a cure for cancer it’s a job. Like mine at school, yes I love it and education but when I get home I want to relax not keep working. Yes there r times I vent about parent neglect etc.
  Venting is different then working on your laptop ignoring the people around u.

  Today with the way the economy is its takes two incomes, just to survive. I get that.
  There just has to be more respect in a relationship and like I said she the Queen bee that Rules this Nest. I feel bad for my son but that’s his option to put up with it…..
  All relationships has its compromises.
  U had a bad experience in your past with the “give me everything gal” tv shows r filled with all these housewife living the high life….doing what? I had a control freak for a husband (now x-husband) I will never lose site of who I am and I will always have a paycheck so that past will never bite me again. But I guess u still have to be able to move forward from the past. I swear today its almost like you need to see references, criminal check, etc before dating someone HA. Its crazy but that way it is today. HA

  Sorry for venting….rudeness just bothers me.
  Well, there r very jobs around in somerset county but I applied so we will see. I still have my school job. I wish things would improve. It just seems exhausting always looking etc.

  Well, no I'm not having a great week. Although I had my first draft Heineken beer the other day : ) Never had that in a draft before. Woo-hoo
  I have my summer off because I work in a school district. I offer to help my son watch my grandson during summer. It is quality time for me and bonding with my three month old grandson. But also a plus for them to have a family member help out with day-care. Day-care is crazy high priced in this area!
  The problem is my daughter-in-law is very high maintenance in the personality area, which is driving me crazy. Im so laid back like my son. I came down special on Sunday for them. My son took Monday off work and him and D in L were to do something together just for fun. Well they left and were back in less than 35minutes. She went to work and he went to garage. Crazy shit. She is annoyed by any nice thing u do. It didn’t bother me all summer but now I am ticked!
  To her its all about her job which is seriously not that big of a deal. She makes it like it is…
  I cannot wait for Friday so I can go back to PA. That is sad because I wont see my grandson for a while but I cant take the attitude she gives me. Im done with the nice mother-in-law. I can be a PITA too! LOL

  I did apply today for a job in an engineering company in PA as an administrative assistant; I am hoping I can score on that one. I will still take those computer security classes online. I figure that r cheap enough why not????

  Don’t worry about making me bored. I think in a way- we all r right now. Because we don’t have the job, our location etc in our lives. But we must keep positive about things.
  Try living with a HM chick! Boring would be a good thing! LOL

  Hi there, I cut out early for me last Friday. I was able to back in back to PA in just under 3 hours. woo-hoo! this is my last week in VA. That is good tired of the drive especially alone. but I have a full week here.
  Yes the movie shooting is so unreal. How do go online and order these types of guns etc without a strict waiting period- ? red flag here. this is the second time in Colorado that this has happened. red flag red flag
  But beyond that is our option for the president election. seriously it's not good. I do not think that the choices are going to help the average everyday worker or your "middle class" group at all. It is scary!
  so when u r not looking for a job what do u do with your time?
  How r things going with your Mom? etc
  I hope the web sites help -
  well its been a long day with drive-happy hour etc. touch base again tomorrow
