Stephanie, I've been considering some of what you do as you put on my wall. I don't think I appreciated at first blush the difficulties you encounter on your job. Getting people to give up a little of what they have to people they don't particularly like in hopes of future gains can't be easy. The potential for accidental hurt feelings seems pretty high. That such things can be smoothed over speaks well for you. I think I would lose patience PDQ.
