Outside of going to Shabbat services, then going to a party that night to celebrate Chanukah! Afterward going to the lighting downtown for the public Chanukah lighting! It's a great time to be together downtown!

Thank you very much for your compliment, at times my eyes go crossed due to the amount of time that I look at a computer screen and I know your feeling but the only thing i want right now is my Assoc degree to help me find a better job but still trying to find any type of job now

my units are 10 week classes and do quizzes during that time and i write papers and do power points for both classes

that sounds nice and good, here in gets during the summer in the high 90s F and maybe the lows in the 70sF at night

it is but miserably cold the lows in the low digits last night it was only 2 degrees F and the high today maybe 30 degrees F, it is pretty until people start driving on it

Well, in all most of the household I know, the Female is rules the roost. I can agree that sometimes women can be difficult at times. How do you deal with the difficulty?

I feel I can do anything I set my mind to do. With that being said, I would like a position where I can save a company money or streamline processes.
Do you come across resistance from males during your day to day work? I may be mistaken, but do you find India as being a patriarchal society?

Hi Nisha,
What part of India are you working in? I was reading an article India is really up and coming, from an economic stand point. I am currently looking for a job. I have a little experience in the project management field. I found this job quite challenging because you have to manage expectations, and you are really dependent on a lot of other people for a sucessful outcome.
What is your biggest challenge?
