That is very impressive, within the engineer field. I can understand that you want to have some options, if you do not get another chance for a transfer , or better position.
I hope that you read my first initial response on how to respond to someone who wrote on your wall

I actually work in communications for CEnturyLink as an engineer. I have dealt the lat 10 years with municipal road projects, etc.. doing relocation design. So not really in a public service type position. I am on all the usual websites. I had an internal interview with my company last Novemeber for a transfer but then everything was put on hold. I've been told and am hoping it could come back open in June but in the mean time am still looking just in case.

Matthew, how true, it will take some time, but hopefully not, good to hear that you are transferring,
If I can ask what do you do and or what you might be looking for ?
The sites that you are using are they new ones or the usual sites, likes USAJOBs.com, or if they are different, would you mind to share, if not here on the comment wall , send me a private message on the message page.
Hope you had a great weekend and enjoy the weekend
I am sorry for late response.
