    Summary: He seemed difficult to work with at first because I didn't know much about the Mainframe and Cobol and he didn't know a lot about C and C++ but once we got to know each other, we got along very well and found that we could learn from each other. He was always very helpful about the Mainframe and knew exactly where to point me for detailed information about it. He was very thorough in whatever tasks he performed.
