Sylvia, ok in 2004, so you are getting some experience, is that type of field that you want to work in ?
I am just suggesting that maybe you can go to college online for a degree in business, or something else,, you would only have to take 2 classes at a time an have an Associated within 2 to 3 yearsor faster than that, just depends on how many classes that you want to take. There are a wide variety of colleges that offer online classes, I just have one suggestion for you and that would be Kaplan University, they really have a good online classes, they have a wide variety of degrees in all kinds of fields. They can help you with getting a loan to go to school there, and it will be online, just that you need to have dedication and stay committed. I was going to kaplan online, but I stopped going due to the field that I was studying was criminal Justice, bet here in Nevada, there are hiring freezes in all departments,. I am thinking about going back, maybe in a different career path...but as I suggested it is just a suggestion do your daily job and go to college online at night. I hope this helps you some.

Sylvia, I am gonna be honest, to get some kind of a government position, you need to have some experience in the field that you want to get into, being in any Armed Service can help,beside having some kind of college, tradeschool education. I can suggest that you go the web sites for your local, city, state, county sites and see what is available and see what the requirements are.That is about the best that I can suggest now,
