We couldn't have children of our own, so we adopted Nina. She was 8 at the time when she entered our lives. She is now 28 and will be 29 this November and planning on marrying sometime, but no date is officially set due to her medical problems. I'm thankful to God that she works in a hospital in the dietary section!

That's great that you have a great friend who will let you work not only the horses but yourself as well! Exercise is good and any excuse to get out is better than no excuse at all!

That's great that you take care of yourself as you do! I agree age is really a mindset. The horseback riding lessons sound like fun. Haven't done that since our adopted daughter was young. Maybe that would be a good thing here, too, but would have to look real hard to find something like that!
