Hey there super star, just wanted to let you know that we are leaving today for our mini vacation and won't be back until next week Thursday. We have poisonous snakes around here. Don't care for water moccasins. There are certain places even here in the apartments where we live that people can't walk the dogs because of the snakes that may appear by the dog walking area. The rattler I have a lot of respect for, because at least they warn you ahead of time. People are now throwing a lot of their "pet" snakes into the everglades because they have become too large for them to keep at home! Iguanas are interesting, but wouldn't want one as a pet. It is too bad that the skunks have to be euthanized. I'd rather see them brought back to their natural habitat. I guess they feel this way to ensure they won't come back again. Don't like it when shelters put the animals down either that have been put in their care.

I don't call them ugly. Some frogs and snakes are down right colorful! I guess it's just the way I was brought up. I'd rather be near a bear or lion before a snake or lizard.

If God made the reptiles, He made them for a reason. That I respect. Let's just say anything that was bad in Eden or one of the plagues in Egypt, I have a habit of coming against. Although, admittedly it was a serpent and not a snake but God turned that serpent into one!
