Federal Jobs in Minnesota

Despite a relatively minimal number of Defense Department employees, Minnesota does have a high number of military veterans making the Veterans Health Administration the state’s largest federal employer with over 4,000 employees. The Transportation Security Administration, Bureau of Prisons, Forest Service, and the Army National Guard are also significant federal employers in the state, each employing over 500.
