Job Summary: Do you enjoy immersing yourself in the details of how administrative and management processes are performed and may be improved? In this occupation you may supervise, lead or perform a variety of duties concerned with the evaluation of the effectiveness of our programs and operations. You may also be assigned to study a variety of administrative or management functions in an effort to increase their productivity and effectiveness. To be successful, you must be adept at fact-finding and investigative techniques and possess solid interpersonal and communication skills. Skills Required: For example, a Program Analyst at the Department of Defense may be expected to have specialized experience in: Researching laws, directives, regulations studies and reports to gain knowledge and understanding of the subject area being reviewed. Develops and writes project guides to define evaluative objectives, methods, and scope as it relates to the project. Prepares well researched fact sheets that address priority issues and project requirements.
