Hi Keith,
I am in the same boat without the kids. I applied for a "medical records clerk" at a local Army base and was told (via the Army job website) that I was not selected becuase I was not in the best qualified list. Please!! A records clerk and I have managed millions of dollars of assets?
I think its more of the who does the hiring manager know.
