I am an intravert by nature, but since of late I am beginning to get out of my shell, understanding that networking is an effective tool in today's job hunting. I have made a couple of connections, and get to understand that people are willing to help you, if you put out the effort to meet them and establish a friendship. Networking is going to take some effort, but it will prove beneficial in the end. Glenn
